Shipping and Handling

PLEASE READ THIS ORDER POLICY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Our site is hosted on a 128-bit (SSL) encrypted server, which encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that your private information cannot be read as it is sent over the internet.

Shipping Dates

1. Orders are shipped out within 1 or 2 business days after they are placed.
2. All Next day, second day & three day select orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next UPS business day.
3. All orders received on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped on the next following business day.
4. All orders received from Continental US will be sent out via UPS Ground or LTL Freight, you can expect your product to arrive in 5-10 business days.
5. If your product is being shipped by LTL Trucking be sure to check the product for any damage or missing items. All discrepancies must be noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by the dirver. If there is no notation on the Bill of Lading for damaged or missing items Canopymart.com will not issue creidt nor will replacement parts be sent out.

Shipping/Handling Charges

1. Shipping charges for domestic order is easy way to check on online.
    First, find item to purchase and click Buy It Now. 
    Next Page, just input your Destination ZipCode in Calculate Shipping Box and It will give you Estimate of Shipping Amount.
2. Shipping charges for international orders depend on destination. Email us at info@canopymart.com for an accurate rate.
3. For your convenience, there is NO handling charge. 

Tracking Numbers: 


Your UPS or FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account tab on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains any out-of-stock items, we will immediately notify you by email or telephone to give you an opportunity to cancel, wait for the item to arrive, or send only the items currently in stock.

How Can I Change An order Or Make An Address Correction?

Due to our high volume all orders go directly to the shipping floor within hours. We are unable to modify your order once it has been confirmed and processed. Please make sure all information is correct before processing your order or call us immediately for instructions
